Work with purpose
At the heart of everything for e&e is a deep commitment to human rights, social justice, and building brands that do more than sell—they stand for something. From nonprofit leadership to mission-led ventures, our work is rooted in purpose, powered by storytelling, and designed to create meaningful impact beyond the bottom line.

Sierra co-founded and led Be More Heroic, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to inspiring individuals and communities to evoke positive, courageous action against bullying. While the organization continues today with an evolved mission, she remains an active board member.
From 2011 to 2016, Sierra co-developed and led a national school tour program that reached over 20,000 students across the U.S., providing education on bullying prevention, trauma healing, and other critical issues facing youth and young adults. The tour served elementary through university-level students and became the cornerstone of Be More Heroic’s mission.
In collaboration with Tony Award-winning actress Ali Stroker and with the River Phoenix Center for Peacebuilding, Sierra co-created Camp More—a transformative, weeklong summer camp designed to empower 17 teenagers from diverse backgrounds through the arts, progressive workshops, and emotional intelligence education. Together, they raised over $26,000 and brought the entire program to life within six months.
While touring and producing Camp More, Sierra also worked alongside co-founder Justin Chase to executive produce Be More: The Documentary, a film that captures the heart of the organization’s mission and the stories it helped shape. The documentary is currently in post-production, with narration completed by Academy Award-winning actor Joaquin Phoenix.
In 2018, at the height of the #MeToo movement, Sierra founded 98society—a mission-led social enterprise created to confront the sexual assault epidemic through the power of purpose-driven apparel. Grounded in advocacy, storytelling, and tangible impact, the brand sought to transform collective outrage into sustained awareness and action.
Under Sierra’s leadership, 98society was named Best Social Enterprise Fashion Label – West Coast by Lux Life Magazine in 2019. Each purchase supported survivor services and prevention programs, with proceeds benefiting leading organizations such as Darkness to Light.
Beyond the products themselves, Sierra mobilized community through curated events, cross-sector partnerships, and advocacy campaigns that championed healing, education, and empowerment. Her work fostered safe spaces for dialogue and solidarity, reinforcing fashion as a medium for both expression and change.
When the pandemic reshaped global priorities, Sierra made the intentional decision to pause the brand in order to provide for her family and focus on stability. Though on hiatus, 98society remains a powerful chapter in her continued commitment to advancing human rights and building purpose-led ventures that spark meaningful change.
